FRONTEL

A few clear terms.

What this release does

Frontel provides an initial dental call reception trial. When a line is active, it can answer using supplied business information, record enquiries and appointment requests, and keep messages for the practice to review. Other industry pages describe future possibilities and do not activate support for those industries.

Setup and activation

You may fill in the setup before signing in. Google sign-in is required to save it to an account. You must be authorized to configure the practice. Saving your setup does not automatically rent a number or make the service live. Number ownership checks, assignment, and activation must be completed first.

Appointment requests need your confirmation

Frontel uses your opening hours and appointment intervals. It does not check an external calendar or know which appointments are already booked. Your practice must review each request, confirm availability, and contact the patient to confirm or adjust the time. It does not currently manage cancellations or changes to existing bookings.

Reception, not clinical advice

The service is not a medical professional, emergency line, or clinical triage tool. It must not be relied on for diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or urgent care. Questions outside the practice information are passed on for staff follow-up. No human call transfer is provided in this release.

Free trial and availability

The initial trial does not require a subscription payment or a card. Capacity is limited; calls may be restricted, ended after a configured duration, or paused. Continuous availability, every call being answered, unlimited use, and automatic daily allowance resets are not promised.

Your telephone carrier may charge for calls, messaging, and forwarding. Joining an availability list does not restore paused service, activate a line, or enroll you in a paid plan. Any future paid plan requires a separate decision.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate practice details and check your Messages page regularly. Check carrier forwarding instructions and test the actual route before relying on it. Review call summaries and appointment requests. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, deceptive calls, harassment, sensitive data collection beyond its intended scope, or attempts to bypass capacity controls.

Data and changes

Use of the service is subject to the Privacy notice. Product behavior and trial availability may change during the first release. The practice remains responsible for patient follow-up and its own legal and professional obligations.
