Your information, handled with care.

What we collect
When you save a setup, Google provides your account identity, email, and name. We also store your practice details, service list, business hours, time zone, and appointment rules.
For calls handled by an active line, we store caller contact details when available, the call duration, available conversation text, a call note, and any appointment request. Please avoid providing health records or other unnecessary sensitive information.
How we use it
Your practice settings guide the call response. Call notes and requests appear in your private Messages page. SMS and email reminders are not included. Appointment requests use your rules and must be reviewed by your team; no external calendar is checked.
Available call text is stored in the application database. Sign in to Messages to view your practice’s records; other accounts cannot read them. Full caller transcription is not always available.
Audio and service providers
Call audio is streamed for phone and AI processing. Frontel’s application does not record or persist call audio. Telnyx handles telephone connectivity, Qwen processes real-time conversation, Neon stores application data, and Google verifies sign-in. These providers also process data under their own policies; application audio handling is not a promise that providers retain no data.
A prepared public audio demonstration, if offered, is separate from customer calls and is identified as a demonstration.
Retention and browser storage
Call text and appointment records are retained for up to 30 days under the service’s retention policy. Business settings remain while the setup is in use. Sign-in sessions expire after 7 days. Availability-list details remain until a deletion request or the list is retired.
An unfinished setup may be stored locally in this browser for up to 30 minutes. Use “Clear draft” on the setup page to remove it. Saving or signing out clears the stored draft. Authentication tokens are not stored in browser local storage.
Analytics and availability updates
If analytics is enabled, it records page visits and limited actions such as starting setup or joining a waitlist. Email addresses, phone numbers, call contents, and business form entries are not sent in analytics events. An email supplied for the waitlist is used for product availability and future plan updates, not automatic enrollment in a paid plan.
Your controls
You can sign out from the setup page and clear an unfinished draft. You can review call history and mark messages as handled in Messages. A handled message does not confirm a calendar booking. Self-service deletion is not included. For account or data requests, use the support channel provided when your practice is activated. Do not send patient information through an availability form.
Deletion from the application does not guarantee immediate deletion from provider backups. Your practice is responsible for using the service in line with its obligations and informing callers as needed.
